The ceremony will begin at 4PM. Please arrive by 3:30/3:45PM to ensure enough time to park if necessary and find your seat.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi or floor-length dress or dressy separates.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception are both located at Jackson Terminal. The ceremony will be held indoors. Afterwards, you will have a brief (one minute) walk outside to the cocktail hour which will be held in an enclosed, heated tent. Following the cocktail hour, you'll enter the reception building which will also be held indoors.
All portions of the celebration will be warm and comfortable however we suggest you bring your coats! The walk to and from your car or hotel can be quite cold in January.
Where should I park?
Jackson Ave Lot is the best place to park for the ceremony and reception. It's free nights & weekends and only 189 steps to the front door of Jackson Terminal.
